HelpDeskPilot (product from TenMiles) hopes to respond to queries which are repetitive. Their product looks at improving Business productivity by automating certain responses. The product organizes, collaborates and responds to these queries.

A knowledge base is maintained to which the repetitive questions are plugged in. The views can be customized thanks to Stylesheet and AJAX (hehehehehe) . They are looking at providing multi-lingual support in Indian languages.You can view the video of their demo below.
