Looks like the international wing of VSNL has joined hands with Yahoo to provide voip peering services.

For novices, VoIP peering is the technique by which you can talk across different VoIP networks. This is kind of a universal numbering scheme (ENUM) and each of the subscriber is assigned an unique number. X-Connect and Netnumber are some of the major players with X-Connect having a distint advantage after they acquired enum.org.
